8516A Moistureproof protective paint for white PCB (Confomer  Coating)

1 Product features：

With outstanding advantages including “moistureproof”、“salt-fog resistance” and “mildewproof”, this 8516A paint belongs to single constitute and high viscosity product which is suitable for brush coating、spray coating、dipcoating and other processes with an excellent adhesive force to PCB.
    With excellent hydrophobe and high-low temperature performance, there will be one layer white protective film after solidifying, at the same time, this protective film has many advantages like good insulation、moistureproof、electric leakage proof、anti-vibration、anti-corrosion、mildewproof、anti-loosening of parts, also due to its oxidation resistance、thermal stability、ageing resistance, it can be adaptive to different environments like acid、alkali and salt corrosion, besides, it is available to carry out solidity under normal or low temperature, the paint film is compact and bright with powerful adhesive force as well as the ornamental effect.

2 Application:

As a new type composite material, this 8516A paint belongs to a kind of white protective lacquer with the features like waterproof、insulation and others, so it is the most excellent coating product for small home appliances at present, also it has been widely used in many industries, such as hybrid integrated circuit、 auto electric control board、electric circuit board、aeronautical instrument、soft PCB、computer control board、industrial control board、semiconductor crystal circuit, etc.

3 Operating instruction

According to the structure of workpiece and process requirements, this 8516A paint can be used through the methods like spray coating、dipcoating and brush coating, also the viscosity coefficient of coating material can be made up according to actual need without influence to the performance of coating material. Before coating, it is necessary to carry out surface treatment for PCB or electric components（Oil and dust removal）so that it is useful to protect the paint and the basic material, at the same time, mix the white paint with AJ-600 diluting agent as a proper proportion（for spray coating: 2：1; for dipcoating and brush coating:1：1）, and use 200mesh filtration cloth to remove the duct and particle inside.

Spray coating： add the protective paint processed into the can of spraying pistol, then regulate the air pressure 、nozzle and the flow rate of paint, next, carry out spray coating directly after seal.

Dipcoating: immerse the workpiece into glue solution 2-5s, lift the workpiece slowly and incline it till the redundant glue has flowed off, lay the workpiece onto absorbent paper(for small workpiece) or bracket (large one), generally, it will be dried within 15min, then check the surface of workpiece, if there is some one without coating, coat it again.

Brush coating: select one proper brush according to the size of product, also the ordinary brush which can be bought from market is acceptable, pour the glue solution into the vessel, then use the brush with proper glue solution to brush the PCB as required, after operation, it is allowable to carry out packing after solidifying.
