3 Operating instruction
According to the structure of workpiece and process requirements, this
Spray coating: add the protective paint processed into the can of spraying pistol, then regulate the air pressure 、nozzle and the flow rate of paint, next, carry out spray coating directly after seal.
Dipcoating: immerse the workpiece into glue solution 2-5s, lift the workpiece slowly and incline it till the redundant glue has flowed off, lay the workpiece onto absorbent paper(for small workpiece) or bracket (large one), generally, it will be dried within 15min, then check the surface of workpiece, if there is some one without coating, coat it again.
Brush coating: select one proper brush according to the size of product, also the ordinary brush which can be bought from market is acceptable, pour the glue solution into the vessel, then use the brush with proper glue solution to brush the PCB as required, after operation, it is allowable to carry out packing after solidifying.
